Loads of updating! Lots of Pictures!!

This is an outhouse on Donohew Road, I happened to notice it one day, and I thought it was kinda humerous. The bottom yellow tape says "Crime Scene Do Not Cross" "No Dumping Allowed"- on an out house? LOL. Then the Phone booth on the side, I don't know what sign was on the other side.

Pippin and Trisha. Pippin is HUGE. I love his big blocky head.

Amita knew when I let all the Dutch does out, that she could stay behind me and stay in the shade and away from the two does, Keisha and Rachel that were beating each other. Lana, Kylie and Jules stayed on the edges of the x-pens.

Rachel and Jules, one rare moment when Rachel wasn't attacking Keisha(or was it Keisha going after Rachel?) Jules is the one in the back, Rachel is in front.

I put all the mini rex rabbits out at once. I wasn't worried about the buck, he hasn't dropped his testicles yet, so he couldn't have bred the girls. This is Michelle in the back, and Gwenyth in the forground.

Cleaning up after helping removed a couple of posts to put in a bigger one. Dad was 'driving' Jim driving the tractor.

I put a bridle together for Oriana. I'm still tossed up as to sell her or not. If the one lady doesn't come back to me agian, I'll keep her. I was able to jump up onto her back-like I was backing her, though I slide off; she didn't flinch and it didn't seem to bother her.

Trying to open the treat bin when I had it on the hood of Jim's truck.

So I put the treat bin on the ground and she was still trying to get it open. She got one of the clip down spots up, but not the other three. Maybe if Aunt Lisa wants we could try to back Heidi, but she's gotta be at Heidi's head if I lay on Heidi's back.
I've got plenty more pictures of the rabbits being outside this morning. All the mini rexes went out side first(Popcorn, White Gold, Gwenyth, Michelle and Arthur) then the Dutch does(Amita, Keisha, Jules, Rachel and Kylie), then the English Spots in two pens-Nessa and Cindy in one and Spike in the other and lastly the two New Zealands-Pippin and Trisha.

The big Kids!

Phoenix doesn't have a picture with the saddle on. I was thinking of hopping up onto him, but I still have to take the trip to Quillians to get him a "D" ring bit.

Love his tail. He's my gorgeous old man.

Still well fit not too chubby. Can't wait to get his "D" ring and start working him again.

Oriana with the saddle. The girth is as tight as it can go and still too big. Time to get a smaller girth for the girls.

Didn't have time to zoom in, but I have upped the resolution of the camera.

Girth is still too large for her too. Oh well. Saddle fits them all still, but just not the girth. It's a 36inch so go with a 30 or 32 should work great for the Arabian Girls.

I had pulled Tessa out of the pasture to try my saddle on her and see if the girth fits her(and the saddle), but she has a small sore on her right side where the saddle will sit. I didn't want to mess with the stuff that Micheal had put on the scrap, so I didn't try it. She appears to have the same barrel size Phoenix did.

Tessa next to her mommy, their butts are the same size, but her shoulders are still 14 HH-ish, so she's still got a growth spurt this fall/winter.

My little baby. Tessa-girl.

Test with Jazz, Tessa Update!!!

I wanted to test Jazz to make sure she'll load and ride on Aunt Lisa's trailer so she took a ride today out to the property to hang out and visit the kids across the road. She did pony rides for almost 2 hours and when the kids were getting ready to go in for dinner and the "awestruck" faces had finally wore off, I tied her to a tree on the lunge line and I fed the bunnies.

At one point I went back to see how dad was doing on his task-which no one got pictures of because he didn't want them- and with her I can just drop the lead and walk away. I know her dragging it isn't good but she does keep it to the side, and she doesn't freak when she steps on her own lead.

FLIES!!!!

So other than needing another bath before the Petting zoo, she should be good. Took a little to get her on the trailer and it also tells me I will have to get Kevin to move my *kids* to Preston when that time comes, I don't think Phoenix will fit on the trailer either. Jazz only had about 6-8 inches from her chest to the front board and she was backed against the door. Phoenix is ten inches longer give or take a couple inches than Jazz is. So he probably won't fit either. Oh well.
Edited: 10 PM
Micheal texted me a picture of him and Tessa! LOL. I was at Walmart with mom picking up laundry detergent. I was so excited.

I can't garuntee how good the quality of hte image is, not sure what kind of phone it was taken with or anything, but I was excited. I joked, My baby and my cowboy!

Saddles 'n Hay

We putmy saddle on Heidi just to see if it'd fit her. Dang my saddle looks so tiny on her! Oriana's ropey doesn't fit Heidi terribly well. My new ropey's are all the same color with different colored leads.

SO after Heidi we put it on Oriana. She didn't seem to mind at all. I do need to get a smaller girth. My girth I bought for Lindy, who I had originally bought the saddle to ride with, before I got any of my own horses.

Looks like Phoenix has figured out the truck too now.

I bought a round bale of hay, the pasture was looking sparse and I know Jazz loves her hay. Oriana was munching it when Dad and I stopped by to pick up the boat and move that.

Bunny, plant and Tessa Update!

Sophie in with Parker for her initial breeding. My how the time flies, I still remember when she was a day old.

I refloored 3 of the buck cages with a green coated wire.

This is my 'Tornado Pink' Geranium Ivy hybrid plant.

This is the 'White' Geranium x Ivy hybrid. They've exploded. Not quite sure what to do with them.

Here's Tessa again. After I brushed her mane and tail. I played a little with her but didn't do much since Micheal wasn't home.

Very pretty head. I have many more pictures that I took, but Blogger was being stupid about uploading, so more as I get the time.
I'm starting to look for a home for Oriana, She's raised quite a few welts on Jazz. I do love Oriana, she's gorgeous, and quite smart. Ori had been fine with Jazz before, but now Ori's bitting Jazz. I give up on trying to get Jazz a companion, she'll have to deal with being alone, unless Tessa can unite Pheonix and Jasmine when we get to Preston. Oriana will only go to a home where I can still go visit her and see her, I just can't have a mare that bites the others, I would worry too much about Tessa coming into the herd.
